These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Mellow Fellow at mellowfellow.dk.

2. Products and orders

When you place an order at mellowfellow.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We make every effort to display our products, colours and materials as accurately as possible. As many of our products are made from natural materials, variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur and are part of the individual character of the product.

We reserve the right to correct errors regarding prices, product information and availability.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed in the online store. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment will not be charged until your order has been processed for shipment, unless otherwise required by the payment method selected.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Denmark: Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK. For orders below 500 DKK, shipping is 49 DKK. Delivery is normally within 1–3 business days.

EU: Shipping is 9 EUR. Delivery is normally within approximately 5–7 business days.

We currently do not ship outside Denmark and the EU.

Delivery times are estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by emailing hello@mellowfellow.dk.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty or otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

6. Returns and refunds

Returned items may be inspected in the same way you would reasonably inspect an item in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, you may be responsible for any reduction in value.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

7. Complaints and defective products

Purchases are covered by the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under Danish law, including the statutory 24-month right to complain about defects.

This does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or damage resulting from improper care.

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us at hello@mellowfellow.dk with your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

If the complaint is justified, Mellow Fellow will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@mellowfellow.dk so that we can try to resolve the matter.

Eligible consumer complaints may also be submitted to the relevant Danish consumer complaints body via Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning.

10. Governing law

Purchases from Mellow Fellow are governed by Danish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable EU or national consumer protection legislation.
