Return and Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your Mellow Fellow purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. If your order is delivered in several parcels on different days, the 14-day period begins when you receive the final parcel.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email us at hello@mellowfellow.dk before the 14-day period expires.

Please note that simply refusing delivery or failing to collect your parcel does not constitute a withdrawal. You need to notify us directly.

Returning your item

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, please return the item within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when you simply change your mind.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until we receive it.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try the item in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the item as well as the cost of standard delivery, where applicable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation showing that the item has been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or defective items

If an item is faulty or defective, please contact us at hello@mellowfellow.dk with your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

Purchases are covered by the statutory 24-month right to complain about defects under Danish consumer law.

If your complaint is justified, Mellow Fellow will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
