Prices

All prices are shown in Danish Kroner, including VAT where applicable.

Payment

You pay using whichever option you see at checkout. We only charge the amount once your order is packed and on its way.

Shipping

Denmark: Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK. Under that, shipping is 49 DKK. Your parcel usually arrives within 3-5 business days.

EU: Shipping costs 9-15 EUR, depending on where you live. Expect around 5-7 business days.

Rest of the world: We don’t ship there just yet, but that may change down the line.

Everything is packed and sent from Copenhagen. If anything is delayed on our end, we’ll of course let you know.

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase — all the details are further down the page.

If something’s wrong with your item

In the rare case something’s wrong, you’re covered by a 24-month warranty for defects that were there from the start. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Email us at hello@mellowfellow.dk with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll find a good solution together.

Return shipping

If something’s wrong with the item, we’ll cover the shipping. If you simply change your mind, you’ll cover the cost of sending it back.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase.

How long do you have?

14 days from the day you receive your item. If your order arrives in several parcels on different days, we count from the last delivery.

How to withdraw

Just send us a message before the deadline — that’s all it takes. Email hello@mellowfellow.dk, or use the form below. We’re not able to count it as a withdrawal if you simply don’t collect the parcel — we need to hear from you directly.

Sending the item back

Send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know.

You’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Condition of the item

Feel free to try it on the way you would in a shop — just don’t use it as if it were already yours.

Getting your money back

We’ll refund the full amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you — or once we’ve received the item back, whichever happens first. You’ll get it back the same way you paid.
